ROW's all-level classes challenge everyone, from seasoned mat practitioners to classical repertoire enthusiasts.These classes require some background in reformer classes. Do not confuse these with our beginner classes.
There's no shame in starting at the beginning! We were all beginners once. These classes introduce both contemporary and classical pilates exercises.We take extra care to guide you into proper positioning, explain what you should and shouldn't be feeling, and provide an excellent workout. This is your chance to rediscover why you love Pilates. Focus on the basics: breath, form, and correct positioning. Most importantly, appreciate how challenging Reform Pilates can be at every level.
Our intermediate classes require at least 20 hours of reformer experience. Challenging, fast-paced, and incredibly exciting—but not recommended when you're feeling tired!
